No Returns – Exchange Only
We do not accept returns for any items. However, we do offer exchanges under the following circumstances:
Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
The exchange request must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@qdles.in within 5 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once we approve your exchange request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
Exceptions / Non-exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:
Personalized or Custom Items: Items that have been customized or personalized (e.g., Portraits, Caricatures, Wallet Cards, Comic Art etc.)
Special Orders: Products that were specially ordered for you or made to your specifications.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns for any reason other than damaged or incorrect goods.
All exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
You may need to place a new order for a different product once the exchange is processed.
